Updated 5 October 2026. This notice describes the data flows implemented by NoiThai's storefront. It does not assert legal certification.
Browsing and your preferences
The storefront and its hosting services receive ordinary request data, including your IP address, browser information and requested pages, to deliver and protect the site. Product images are served through this site's image service. Your cart is held in this page's memory and is lost on a full reload; it is not saved in browser storage. A preference cookie called shopper_interest stores only allow or reject for up to 180 days.
Optional shopper-interest measurement
This is off by default. If you allow it in the footer, product views, referral origin and path, campaign label, browser information and IP address are sent through this storefront to the management platform. The management platform is operated by Data Cynical Pte Ltd. The platform uses the IP to derive approximate country and city and a daily pseudonymous visitor code; it does not store the raw IP in the product-view record. Product-view records are pruned after 180 days. A pseudonymous code is not anonymous data. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep this measurement off. You can withdraw at any time using the footer; withdrawal stops future optional views and does not erase earlier records.
Enquiries and orders
Opening WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook or email takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy practices. A WhatsApp product enquiry includes the product name and canonical product link. If online ordering is enabled and you submit an order, your name, phone, optional email and delivery address, order items and notes are sent to the merchant's management platform to record and handle your request. The WhatsApp order hand-off includes your name, phone, items, order reference and any visible total. This site does not take card details or process online payments.

This notice does not promise a deletion deadline or retention rule that has not been established.
